Just for Fun....

I recently bought some cute Tiddly Inks Digital Images. 

But haven't had time to color them up.

This one is called Wryn - Grow a Little Love

So I headed over to check out what the current challenge was at the 

Tiddly Inks Challenges Blog is.

And it's "Sparkle it Up"

Create with any kind of bling, glimmer, stones or glitter because it's all about SPARKLES!

This was perfect for me cause I just could bring myself to cut out one more flower.

So I dug through my stash of paper pads because the paper needed to do all the work.

Ta Da.... Prima - Madeline

I didn't even have to cut out the border or hearts they where left overs.

Throw on some aqua pearls and add some stickles and Spica clear glitter pen

and I had a completed card.

Wow who knew it could be so easy and fast. It even looks great... :O)

Ok so I did cut her out, but I've seen all these super cute cards lately with the images just cut out

and stuck on the card. So wanted to give it a try.

I liked it I'll be doing it a lot more often.

Kate Krafty A Ragamuffin..

I was watching a video tutorial over at Color Me Copic. This one featured Blonde hair. (YR20, YR21, YR23 & E33) Since I'm a blonde I love that color and always want to find new color ideas. I also have been wanting to added to Heather's Favorite's over at Heather's Hobbie Haven. I need to work on that some more. I have lots of favorite color combo's I just need to get them down. This image has the perfect hair for show casing colors.

I'm also going to enter in the Saturated Canary Challenge. The challenge is "FALL Colors". I already entered a card, but since this one matches and I didn't even plan it that way. Why not. Maybe I'll be the lucky winner and can pick up another cute Krista Smith image! LOVE those..

Rainy Day...

Hey everyone. This image had been in my colored pile for a while, so today I thought I would check out the challenge over at Saturated Canary. This times challenge is "Autumn". That's pretty easy. I found all the paper in my growing scrap pile on the counter. That's another plus it's getting pretty big. The image is called Rainy Day and can be found over on  Krista's Etsy Shop Saturated Canary Digi's. She added a whole bunch of new ones I had to get yesterday. My poor wallet! Oh well they are worth it..

Here's a close up so you can see the colors. I added some Atyou Spica Glitter pen to her hair and flowers on the boots and umbrella. Then some glossy accents to the rain drops and her lips.

Rags and Witches...

Hey everyone.. How's your week going? I've been having some fun coloring this cute Saturated Canary image by Krista Smith. I wanted to enter her challenge over at the Saturated Canary Challenge Blog. It's the very first one.. It has a sketch and a Halloween theme that's optional.. Of course I choose the with Halloween theme. You should see the awesome inspiration pictures that are posted. I love the green lady!! I wish I could be her for Halloween.. But alas I couldn't fit into that dress.. I LIKE candy!!

I've got a tone of work to do so I better get on it.. I have to make up the new December Coloring Card Kits for Heather's Hobbie Haven. Luckily I've picked the stamps now to make the cards.. I loaded a bunch of new stuff into the store yesterday.. I had a bunch of stamps sitting around waiting for me to make them into kits... Thought I would put them into the store for the Eagle Point Crop I'm going to next weekend.. I can always order more right..

Witch Tilda & Pumpkins...

I had a guessing game the other day and thought I better give the answer before I forgot. The question was how much was USP shipping for my Magnolia order for Heather's Hobbie Haven. It included 25 stamps and 15 DooHickey Dies. They came in a 7 x 3 x 10 box weight about a pound. Are you ready... $169.78. I about had a heart attach. I never imagined it would cost so much. Good heavens I could fly to Sweden and it would be cheaper.. Oh well I'll know for next time.. It will defiantly effect me ordering those for my kits.

Lift an Odd Girl...

We were all confused by that one, but just use paper like you would ribbon... Does that make since? I hope so. On my card I punched a pretty border out and used that as my ribbon. Hey everyone. Sorry I've been a poor blogger. It's summer and we are working on some outside house projects. So I will be hit and miss for a while, but I'm still here. Just need to get some things done while the sun shines. Plus I kind of like reading my Kindle out in the sun shine. Got to enjoy it while it lasts. It won't be long.

I think this weeks card turned out adorable, unlike last weeks card. Poor thing. This one has more girlie stuff. That pink ribbon I stole off a stuff sheep my husband found in the closet he cleaned out. The sheep went to Adikia to love to pieces.. I got the ribbon. She was carrying it around and I snatched it from her. Ha Ha..

Happy Tuesday everybody. I don't know where the week went. I didn't do any crafting that I can remember. I'll try and do better this week. Are you ready for a new challenge over at the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge Blog? This weeks challenge is to "Color on Kraft Paper". My image was a freebie over an PCP some time ago.

I'm not convinced that I like this. I'm sure it's like every thing else and requires a little practice. But I've seen some fabulous projects colored and Kraft card stock and thought hey how hard can it be.. Well now I know it'll take a few times to get it right. After reading all the other girls comments about their coloring I know I'm not the only one. So that makes me feel better. It truly was a challenge for us this time. But that makes it fun. So get out your craft paper and show us what you got. You may LOVE it..

Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #61...

Hey everyone. It's time for a new challenge over at the Sassy Cheryl Challenge Blog. Congrats to last weeks winner Mary. Hope you picked an awesome new digi to play with. Thanks everybody who joined us last week. Wasn't that sketch great. This weeks challenge is "THE GREAT OUTDOORS". So i went in search of this cute image The Nature Nap Girl image. I hadn't used it yet so want to play with it this week. There is also a boy image.

I have added a bunch of MFT Die-Namic Flower Trio flowers. Love that die. Along with some Martha Stewart Hydrangea flowers. The paper is Pink Paislee: Butterfly Garden. Really pretty! I also put all my Copics I used in a cup this time and took a picture before I put them away. See there hope for me. The one at the bottom with the shiny spot is W5. The flash got it. I try and hold it at a different angle next time. I had my hand in the light tent trying to hold it side ways so I could take the picture and there's not much room in there.

The flower is a MFT die-namics die Upsy Daisy and the mat underneath is a new die I found at my local scrapbook store Memories of Time by Prickley Pear. It's really pretty. I colored my image with Copic Markers, but found it in my already colored pile so I don't have any idea what colors I used.

Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #50...

Happy Tuesday everybody. Hope your ready for this weeks challenge over at the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge Blog. This weeks challenge is to " Recycle, Re-purpose, Reuse". How fun you can use up some old stuff.. I have use an old image I colored forever ago called Watermelon Bee. Isn't she cute? I had originally colored her and then didn't like how it turned out, but hey you got to use some of this stuff  laying around on your desk right? So I went to the paper closet to find some suitable paper. And I found a Nook & Pantry paper pack by Basic Grey. I don't really like that either, but hey is matches my colored image. Throw on some flowers that I cut from the scrap bin (recycling) and ta da. I think it turned out cute.

I really like my My Favorite Things Die Namic die Flowers. I need to go buy another one so I can cut out twice as many in one time through. I like having two dies it takes a lot less time to cut out flowers and foliage that way. Unless you have someone else cut them out for you.. :)
