Card Class....

I decided to sign up for a card class at my local scrapbook store a couple of Fridays ago. Just so I could leave the house... I had a great time, it was so fun!! It was taught by my friend Cambria and Kisa. This top one we got to play with the Copic air compressor... Very fun!! As you can see I'm not an expert.. Thank you Cambria!!

This one Kisa taught us how to do that super awesome sunset. Using a sponge and scallop oval punch out. I'm going to use that trick again!! Thank you Kisa!! It was a great night away from the house and I got to take the stamp set home. You can't beat that. I had so much fun I signed up for June's class... :)

Whiff of Joy #33.....

This week's challenge over at the Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog is all about "Charms". I'm always looking for cute charms when I go shopping. We don't have many choices around where I live so I only have a few. I'm afraid to start shopping for them online because I know I'll become addicted to buying them... :) So head on over and check out the other DT creations they are super!! We can't wait to see yours....


I also tried my Stempelglede Grudge Collection to make the flowers for this one. I've seen them all over the place but have never inked mine up. I really like how they punch out with the EK Success Retro flower punches. Really cool!! I'll be using them more.

For my card I used one of my wonderful Gorjuss girls. I think these are just to cute!! I have colored her hair black this time. Thought I'd try something new. Made her stand out really well. I like it!! She just looks like she's standing there giving you attitude, doesn't she..
