Squigglefly #4....
It's time for challenge 4 over at the Squigglefly Blog. This weeks challenge is a sketch by Rhonda. I have used Skating Waitress for my card. Isn't she cute!! I put the whole thing together with scrap from another project and colored her with my Copic markers.
