Whiff of Joy # 28.....
This week challenge over at the Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog is "Stars and Stripes". I had this cute Crevan and Todd image already colored and it went perfect with the couple pieces of scrap paper I had in my basket. Turned out pretty cute is I do say so myself!
